Q: How does payment work?

All prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD), and payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Stripe app integration with this shop means that payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and virtually any other debit/credit card are accepted. In addition, Apple Pay customers can use Instant Pay (this option will be displayed on each product page for eligible Apple devices).

Q: Is Local Pick-Up Available?

A: Yes! Free local pick-up is available in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This option will pop up as a Shipping Method option if the shipping/billing address you enter is within BC, Canada. I will reach out to you with the designated pick-up location after the order has been placed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes I do! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

In order to provide the most affordable shipping costs to you, all items are shipped via regular Canada Post letter mail (untracked). If you would like express or tracked shipping, please reach out to me via the Contact form or via email at [email protected].

Shipping costs are shown once a shipping/billing address is entered on the checkout page. If you live in the Vancouver, Canada area, local pick-up is also available (please choose this option at checkout)!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared. After that, you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping within BC will take approximately 5-7 business days.

For domestic shipping within the rest of Canada, shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days.

For international shipping, please allow an estimated 3-4 weeks for regular shipping (for faster international shipping, please choose the Standard Shipping with Tracking or Express Shipping option in the checkout page). If your item still has not arrived within a month of placing it, please reach out via the Contact form or via email at [email protected], and I will arrange for a secondary order to be shipped to you.
